About Us

Petits Poussins was established in 2004, when we began teaching French to Mums and Toddlers, nurseries, schools and private tuition.  We now teach over 550 children and adults per week and provide teacher training in schools and nurseries, in the North East.

Over the years we have helped many children, families and adults by teaching them French from as young as 10 months old to retirement age.

We have a unique delivery style and a real passion for languages. Our aim to share our gift of bilingualism with as many children, from as young and age as possible, makes Petits Poussins a great environment to start learning a foreign language.

We are now in the process of introducing new languages such as Italian and Spanish too and are always happy to hear from interested parents and teachers who would like to join us.
